Abstract

The International Scientific Committee (ISC) will select speakers to give topical lectures and for poster presentations. To allow the selection, one contribution abstract (1 pages) is required. Abstracts should be prepared in Microsoft Word or PDF format. The authors are asked to use the Microsoft Word template and to follow the guidelines described in it.

The abstract document must be sent attached together with the submission form with the participant’s data and the contribution. The maximum number of contributions per registered is two.

Abstracts will be published in a booklet and will be handed out at the beginning of the Conference.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is November 5th, 2023.
The authors will be notified of acceptance by November 10, 2023.

Conference Paper

Authors of the accepted contributions will be requested to submit an extended conference paper (4-6 pages). All submitted conference papers will be blind peer reviewed by competent reviewers and published as chapter in e-book indexed in database after the Conference. This book will be sent to all registered participants immediately after publishing. For publishing an paper in the book, it is necessary that at least one of the authors is registered and participates.

Papers (text with positioned figures, pictures and formulas) should be prepared in the electronic form (in Word or in PDF format) following the the guidelines described in this template.

The paper document should be transferred to the Organizing Committee during the Conference or submitted via e-mail to infoicgc@uco.es before 30th November.

The deadline for submission of conference paper is November 30, 2023.

Topical Lecturer

Duration of topical lectures will be 15 min include discussion.
A laptop PC (Windows 10, Microsoft Power Point) can be available for the oral presentation. During the previous Breaks or Lunch times, please put and check your presentation file on the PC.
Presenters who want to use other computer or software are required to use their own computer. General VGA connector and HDMI conector are available. The resolution of the prepared projector is 1024×768 pixels.

Poster Presentation

The posters should NOT exceed 90 cm in width (typically A0 paper size, 84 x 119 cm).
To help the useful discussion in the poster session, it is recommended to put your poster during the previous lunch time.
